Leaders Itinery and travel guide.  A must read for anyone going to Summer Camp

Medical Forms

You cannot get to camp without a Medical Form completed and signed by your local doctor.

I believe that everyone is now to complete the Class 3 Medical Form for Summer Camp.

Also the Screening Form is required for anyone staying overnight at camp.
